Job summary

Xometry in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence to define strategy and drive execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. You will bridge Sales and Partner teams, building KPI frameworks and dashboards to improve quote accuracy, pricing discipline, and margins.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams.
• Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams.
• Contribute to development of quoting models, algorithms, and performance tools.
• Translate analytical insights into structured recommendations and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
