• Own core FP&A activities for Marketing functions, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and headcount management.
• Serve as a trusted Finance partner to senior Marketing leaders and translate performance drivers into actionable insights.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models clarifying costs, benefits, and risks of investments.
• Strengthen understanding of how investments translate into marketing and business outcomes and link spend to value creation.
• Turn financial and business data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to simplify processes and enable more effective analysis and partnership.
