The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Prospect Operations and Enablement to partner with the Executive Director of Prospect Intelligence and Optimization.

You will drive project management, analytics, and documentation to support leadership decisions and scalable execution across the team. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, creating training materials, and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advancement.
• 3+ years coordinating complex projects with data-driven insights.
• Ability to document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Experience working across teams in a service-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project management lead, coordinating timelines and dependencies.
• Build and improve analytics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Develop documentation and training materials to enable consistent execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Document evolving standards for ethical AI use and information sourcing.
