This role partners with Operations, Technology, Finance, Reporting, Vendor Management, and other business teams to improve visibility, standardize analytics, and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of healthcare analytics, business analytics, or operational reporting experience.
• Experience developing performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses and insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Monitor operational, customer, financial, and KPI data to identify trends and risks.
• Lead the design and optimization of reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Design and implement automated reporting and workflow solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and sustainable analytical capabilities.
