Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to design standardized analytics and executive-ready reports that guide operational decisions. You will build measurement frameworks, automate Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with leaders to define questions and measure outcomes.

Leverage SQL, SAS/Altair, or Python to validate results, perform root-cause analyses, and resolve data issues with IT and cross-functional teams, delivering actionable insights and reusable templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics, BI, reporting, or related field.
• Advanced Tableau—designing and developing dashboards and visual analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and multi-source analysis.
• Experience using SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics and automation.
• Experience designing operational KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design standardized performance analytics aligned with DS&I and enterprise goals.
• Build measurement frameworks, data definitions, and reporting methods.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards that translate data into insights and actions.
• Partner with leaders to define questions, translate needs, and measure results.
• Perform root-cause, trend, and variance analyses to inform recommendations.
• Validate results with SQL across multiple sources and resolve data issues with IT.
