Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in digital strategy, sales ops, or related fields.
• Experience translating strategy into digital roadmaps and requirements.
• Understanding of broker channels, sales, and regulated health insurance.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and drive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital strategy roadmaps for Individual Dental.
• Translate priorities into executable plans and requirements.
• Bridge Sales, Marketing, IT, Product, and operations for delivery.
• Lead broker strategy, enablement, and partner-facing capabilities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder readiness.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and processes.
• Improve broker/customer/partner experience through digital solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and governance teams on implementation and adoption.
• Support go-to-market, training, and communications for platforms.
• Track adoption, value realization, and progress updates.
