Qualifications

• Requires degree in business/analytics/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare analytics, reporting, or performance management.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or KPIs for business partners.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses and insights to support strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Monitor data across operations, customers, finance, and KPIs to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with process owners to assess performance and impacts.
• Conduct root cause analyses of issues and quantify impacts when data exists.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Document reporting requirements, ownership, frequency, and data sources.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.
