Job summary

Essex-Property-Trust is seeking an Analyst, Operations Analytics to build and sustain data and reporting assets for the Operations group. You will translate performance data into a decision-ready narrative for senior leadership and develop forward-looking forecasts and early-warning indicators to surface risks.

The role requires 0–2+ years in analytics, strong Excel, and experience with data modeling; hybrid work at our Irvine office is available, with base salary around the mid-to-high six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields listed preferred.
• 0–2+ years in analytics, FP&A, BI, or related fields.
• Experience with real estate or multi-family housing is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance data assets and reporting for operations.
• Produce monthly leadership deck and narrative for senior management.
• Build scenario-based forecasts to support decisions.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and provide insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to ad hoc requests.
