Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, reporting, or project coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports for leadership.
• Develop summaries and recommendations to inform decision‑making.
• Compile production, hours, and performance reports from multiple plant locations.
• Monitor fuel pricing trends and maintain daily fuel reporting.
• Audit fuel invoices and coordinate resolution with vendors.
• Support COO on initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate vendor communications and regulatory documentation.
