Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, project management, resource management, or finance; consulting/agency preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience presenting data insights to multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, or forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly data across all clients and resources.
• Consolidate and integrate reports from multiple sources.
• Support scope planning, deadlines, and weekly reviews with regular reporting on pacing and staffing.
• Partner with resource and operations managers to understand variances and collaborate across departments.
• Translate analyses into clear business recommendations for leadership.
• Support client-facing reports and meetings as needed.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve forecasting and automate reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy across resource, financial, and client systems.
• Manage deadlines and communicate issues promptly.
• Work extended hours including weekends when required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
