Saatchi US is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to report on resource data, drive accurate projections, and support agency-wide planning. You will deliver timely reporting, maintain data integrity, and partner with managers to understand variances across projects and clients.
You will use Excel for data manipulation and apply AI tools to improve forecasting, ensuring clear recommendations reach senior leadership. Collaboration and precision are essential in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in how our agency understands and manages its resources and scope. You will be responsible for reporting on and analyzing scope and resource data to guide projected resource plans – work that directly informs strategic decisions across the agency. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis while maintaining the consistency and integrity of data across all clients and workstreams.

You bring an analytical mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and the curiosity to ask better questions. Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $70,784.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
