Job summary

All States Materials Group in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to partner with Operations leadership to improve financial performance, operational effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making across the Materials and Construction divisions.

You will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, develop scalable reporting, forecasting, and BI solutions, and collaborate with IT, Accounting, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and more to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
4-7+ years of FP&A or analytics experience in manufacturing or distribution.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience with ERP, BI, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership with financial and operational insights.
Develop KPI scorecards and executive dashboards that provide visibility into performance.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews by delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin expansion, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.
