Job summary

CSULB is seeking an Administrative Analyst/Specialist to support Financial Management HR activities, including recruitment, classification, compensation, performance evaluations, and leave administration. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and service to faculty and staff.

Under the FM HR Services Manager, you will coordinate recruitment, student employment oversight, payroll data, and onboarding, contributing to CSULB's commitment to student success and a positive campus experience.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and two years of related experience required.
• Prior CSU experience preferred; experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports all Human Resources activities in Recruitment, Classification, Compensation, Performance Evaluations, Leaves and other related HR functions.
• Oversees student recruitment and compensation processes and processes required paperwork in accordance with guidelines.
