Job summary

You will partner with leaders to develop implementation-ready frameworks and translate market insights into actionable plans across near- to long-term horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy/healthcare-related fields.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop near- to mid-term care delivery strategy for CuraCor assets.
• Translate market insights into implementation-ready roadmaps.
• Shape strategies to add, scale, and optimize high-margin services.
• Guide service-line economics across revenue cycle, pricing, and costs.
• Partner with enterprise strategy and corporate development teams.
