Job summary

WWC Global is seeking an Operational Planning & Posture SME to staff a position at MARFORPAC G-5 within INDOPACOM. This role provides technical authority for deliberate planning support, ensuring standards, quality gates, and consent-ready materials across the Joint Planning and Execution Community.

The SME will translate policy into actionable inputs, review complex planning products, and advise senior government leads on staffing strategy and integration paths.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience in joint planning and staff support.
• Proven ability to draft and edit planning products with clarity and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of planning forums and staffing dynamics (OPTs, JPGs).

Responsibilities

• Define planning-support standards for branch-wide use (templates, gates, checklists).
• Advise government leads on complex planning approaches and decision points.
• Perform senior technical review of high-visibility briefs and final planning documents.
