WWC Global seeks an Operational Planning & Posture SME for MARFORPAC G-5 in INDOPACOM. The role defines planning-support standards and advises government leads on staffing, decision points, and integration pathways. You will perform senior reviews of briefs and papers, resolve complex inputs, and translate guidance into actionable posture implications.

The position emphasizes preventing rework, coaching others, and improving first-pass acceptance, with travel and onset contingent on award.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in a relevant field ORBachelor’s Degree and 14 years of relevant experience.
US citizenship and security clearance requirements.
Superior drafting/editing of planning products and enforcing consistency.

Responsibilities

Defining planning-support standards for branch-wide use.
Advising government leads on complex planning-support approaches.
Senior technical review of high-visibility briefs and planning documents for clarity and decision-readiness.
Resolving complex integration problems and recommending defensible tradeoffs.
Translating policy into actionable planning inputs and posture implications.
Shaping narratives and decision-quality criteria within OPT/working groups.
Coaching staff on advanced staff writing and staffing discipline.
Assessing bottlenecks and recommending repeatable improvements without daily execution.
