Job summary

Aon is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to support the Internal Consulting team of ABS on the design and delivery of a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from a US office.

You will translate strategy into actionable requirements, develop problem statements and analytical frameworks, and prepare materials for steering committees while guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or advisory (non-technical).
• Experience supporting transformation, operating model design, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience in professional services, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current-state processes, structures, performance, and difficulties.
• Gather, validate, and interpret data to support operating model decisions.
• Analyze and synthesize inputs into clear, decision-ready operating model recommendations.
