Job summary

Aon is seeking a non-technical Program Manager to lead governance, planning, and performance management for a multiyear Operating Model Transformation within Aon Business Services. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually or from a US office.

Reporting to the Director of Program Management and collaborating with an Internal Consulting team, you will drive the transformation across solution lines, regions, and functions while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably with a consulting firm.
• Experience establishing GCCs/COEs, including operating model design and governance setup.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs (operating model redesign, shared services, or large-scale systems).
• Experience supervising or managing people.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with senior executive collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the transformation roadmap with scope, achievements, critical path, and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Identify, assess, prioritise, and mitigate program risks and dependencies with regulatory, compliance and operational considerations.
• Raise risks and recommended solutions to senior collaborators and partner with workstream leads to baseline plans and monitor progress.
• Drive planning, measurement and tracking of progress and benefits realization aligned to strategic outcomes.
• Support resource planning and capacity tracking within assigned projects.
