Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, customer service, or marketing.
• Experience using registration platform Destiny 1 or Salesforce preferable.
• Higher education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing portfolio of programs and engage with the director on adjustments.
• Serve as the primary interface for executive education inquiries and streamline processes.
• Lead invoicing and accounts receivable functions for open enrollment programs.
• Partner with teams to create compelling sales content and analyze data.
