Job summary

Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, seeks an Associate Director, Operations for Kellogg Executive Education to lead program delivery for Open Enrollment and Custom Programs across live and in-person formats.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role builds operational processes for the new center opening Fall 2027, manages scheduling, and supervises a team of Program Managers and staff, including after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with online education platforms and university settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Academic Directors and Managing Director, Program Operations to understand custom and open-enrollment needs.
• Oversee technology tools and implement changes to support program delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff and contractors to deliver high-quality programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for operations.
• Serve as liaison with clients and other departments to standardize online program processes and reporting.
