Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Recruiter III for a 4-month on-site assignment in Madison, WI. You will collaborate with management to define roles, craft attraction strategies, and drive full-cycle recruitment across entry to mid-level positions.

You will evaluate candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and build diverse pipelines while maintaining clear stakeholder communication. You will also leverage ATS, analyze HR data, and represent Abbott at events, ensuring compliance and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years agency or in-house TA experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience from entry to mid-level roles.
• Proven track record of delivering significant candidate pools in high-volume environments.
• Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates.
