Spire Solutions is seeking an Equipment Procurement Manager to oversee on-site equipment operations at our San Marcos, TX warehouse. You will partner with project teams and leadership to drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, cost-effective equipment provisioning.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships across departments while maintaining focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction-related experience including warehouse QA and leadership.
• An industry-related bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Forklift Certification and OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financials and annual budget for equipment operations.
• Maintain a well-organized warehouse and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and project teams before purchasing, leasing or renting equipment.
• Track equipment usage and schedule maintenance; advise on replacement, sale or repair.
• Source reputable vendors and expand services for project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Support safety programs and ensure equipment safety compliance.
• Stay current on new materials and technologies to improve cost or productivity.
• Manage staff including mentoring, goal setting, and recruitment.
