Spire Solutions, a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, is hiring an Equipment Procurement Manager to work onsite at our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day equipment operations and drive performance across projects.

The role requires 7+ years in construction with warehouse management, forklift certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse software (JDE, Procore, Bluebeam). You'll manage budgeting, vendor relations, safety, and staffing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction-related experience with warehouse management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Forklift Certification and OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financials and annual budget.
• Maintain organized warehouse and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and project teams before purchasing equipment.
• Track equipment usage and schedule maintenance; advise on replacement or repair.
• Source reputable vendors and expand warehouse services.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely equipment delivery to project sites for productivity.
• Manage staff including mentoring and recruitment.
