Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Leader to oversee clinical operations for multiple oncology locations within the NW region. You will plan, direct, and deliver services for the assigned submarket, coordinating with physician enterprise and hospital leadership.

You will develop and manage operating and capital budgets, evaluate new service delivery models, and implement quality-improvement initiatives to enhance processes and staff supervision across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing is required upon hire.
• Bachelor's of Healthcare Administration or related field is required upon hire.
• 4-6 years of related work experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for multiple oncology locations in the NW region.
• Plan, direct and deliver clinical services for the assigned submarket.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; analyze service delivery models.
• Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Ensure adherence to standards and customer service objectives; supervise staff across locations.
• Collaborate with Physician Enterprise, hospital leadership and other oncology operations directors.
