Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in the Puget Sound region seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to oversee daily operations and guide strategic direction for clinical service lines. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to raise outcomes and efficiency.

You will lead process improvements, manage budgets, and participate in long-term planning to advance patient-centered care within our system of care sites.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Four years related work experience in nursing.
• Two years in a charge nurse/leadership position (or equivalent).
• Registered Nurse license for WA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations, programs and resources to ensure safe, cost-effective delivery of patient care.
• Develops and implements new clinical systems/programs to enhance services and standard of care.
• Monitors productivity, quality indicators and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborates with other departments to address issues and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicates significant information to the department director in a timely manner.
