Job summary

BNY is seeking two Transaction and Contracts Managers to support our Corporate Trust organization, covering Conventional Debt or Structured Debt/Structured Finance. This 12-month contract is based in Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA with 4 days onsite per week and standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT.

You will coordinate between clients, internal teams, and legal counsel to ensure contracts are reviewed, onboarding completed, and deals are ready to close on schedule, supporting some of the bank’s

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust or related debt markets.
• Experience with client onboarding and account opening.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a high-volume pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review complex transaction agreements for onboarding readiness.
• Own onboarding and deal execution for assigned transactions.
• Coordinate account-opening requirements, including foreign currencies.
• Coordinate with legal for amendments and language changes.
• Maintain client-facing updates and manage expectations.
• Collaborate across legal, operations, sales, and relationship teams.
• Manage a pipeline of 20–30 transactions with 2–4 weeks each.
