Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or transaction management in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) & Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage complex internal/external relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities on the bank's systems to meet contract requirements.
• Focus on client experience by delivering high-quality service and anticipating client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Escalate risk exposures and provide insights to support decision-making.
