• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or transaction management in Asset backed securities & Mortgage-backed securities

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and their legal team to identify and mitigate contractual, operational, and regulatory risks
• Coordinate onboarding activities on the Bank’s systems to comply with contract requirements
• Deliver high-quality service and anticipate client needs to optimize results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and efficiency
• Escalate risk exposures and provide insights for informed decision-making
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
