Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years of digital strategy leadership, agency or pharma experience, and comfort with stakeholder management. This is a hybrid role in Wilmington with a 6+ month duration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital strategy/marketing.
• Pharma experience and/or agency background preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Wilmington, DE at least 3 days per week (60% in-office).
• Strong ability to influence brand teams and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel digital strategy for HCP and patient campaigns.
• Develop and optimize journeys across websites, email, and CRM/SMS.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and brands.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and drive alignment.
