CannonDesign is seeking a strategic leader to guide the Arlington/DC and Baltimore offices toward sustained growth and high-impact client partnerships. You will drive an integrated office strategy, mentor senior leaders, and advance the Living-Centered Design ethos across projects and culture.

The role emphasizes 45% brand and business development, 30% client leadership on billable work, and 15% office leadership. A senior leader with a track record in top-line growth is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• Minimum of 20 years related experience with a proven track record of business development and growth.
• Licensure preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Business acumen and ability to execute strategy.
• Some travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy development and execution for the Arlington/DC and Baltimore offices to achieve top-line growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Office and Market Leaders to pursue new client opportunities and top-line targets.
• Develop and implement an annual strategic business plan for the offices in alignment with the firm’s blueprint.
• Grow the firm’s brand, client engagement, and Living-Centered Design initiatives.
• Foster a strong design culture and ensure collaboration across offices and teams.
