Job summary
West Monroe is seeking a Director to lead OT strategy and transformation initiatives for North American utility clients, including electric, gas, and water sectors. The role focuses on modernizing OT environments, advancing grid modernization, and delivering value through IT/OT convergence.
Leading large transformation programs and developing executive relationships will drive growth, with significant travel and a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience leading OT strategy and transformation initiatives in utilities.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory considerations, and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to utility executives on OT strategy and execution.
- Lead large-scale OT/IT transformation programs across grid modernization.
- Oversee engagements from strategy to implementation and outcomes.
- Guide IT/OT convergence to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Provide executive sponsorship and leadership for complex programs.
- Develop and sustain executive relationships to expand business.
- Apply AI technologies to improve delivery and client outcomes.
