Job summary

Lynker Corporation seeks a qualified Program Support Analyst to support a NOAA contract. These positions may be performed on-site or remotely, with anticipated travel for meetings, workshops, and field activities. Hiring remains contingent on contract award.

The role provides technical and administrative liaison services to facilitate program strategy, inter-office coordination, and fleet operations management within NOAA offices and allied programs.

Responsibilities

• Duties include senior management strategy services, preparing technical reports and ensuring quality control; analyze complex reports and compile data from diverse SMEs; provide lead technical and administrative services for NOAA working groups; coordinate with NOAA offices to develop ocean technology strategies; manage intranet resources and assist with information sharing; support information collection for OAR/OMAO; advise on Days at Sea requirements for ships; lead advanced tech initiatives and liaise between OER and OMAO.
