Responsibilities

• Accountable for adherence to operating and labor budgets, monitor performance, identify risks and variances, and direct corrective actions.
• Drives integration across care settings to improve access, capacity, growth, and consistency.
• Monitors KPIs and leads operational response to trends and location-based initiatives.
