Job summary

JSR Tech Consulting seeks a senior o9 Implementation Program Lead to guide a strategic supply chain transformation on the o9 platform. You will act as a key liaison between the client and the o9 delivery team, shaping the roadmap, milestones, and decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will bring extensive o9 implementation experience, lead governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, IT, Data, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex supply chain transformation, enterprise technology, or planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-side program lead and liaison between internal stakeholders and the o9 Solutions implementation team.
• Represent the client’s interests throughout the implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives, scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide experienced oversight and guidance based on previous o9 implementations and supply chain transformation programs.
• Work with o9 to understand implementation plans, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and client decisions.
• Coordinate client-side activities and ensure readiness for decisions, data, resources, and testing.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between business stakeholders, technology teams, executive sponsors, and o9.
• Review and challenge o9 recommendations, timelines, and approach when appropriate.
• Identify delivery risks and areas requiring escalation before milestones.
• Maintain visibility into implementation health and provide updates to client leadership.
