Job summary

River Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staff Scheduler will assist with nursing staff scheduling under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, coordinating an effective schedule with nursing supervisors on shift-specific needs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, communicating with staff, coordinating overtime, adjusting schedules for changes, and supporting payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA, Med Tech, or nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all nursing staff and prepares weekly nursing schedule.
• Notifies staff of schedule and necessary changes.
• Obtains permission before scheduling overtime or registry personnel.
• Adjusts schedules to accommodate illness, vacation, PTO, etc.
• Collaborates with Nursing Administration daily to ensure proper staffing.
• Assists nursing office with clinical management tasks as needed.
• Assists payroll manager with processing of weekly nursing hours.
