Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Licensed RN in New York State.
• Infection control, child abuse certs and BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention and budget management.
• Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Director and interdisciplinary teams.
