Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, or equivalent) required.
• Ohio RN license with active practice.
• BLS certification required.
• More than 3 years of nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assure progress toward defined quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Promote cooperative work environment via communication and teamwork.
• Recruit, retain and motivate Perioperative staff.
• Unify operations to achieve Perioperative metrics across UC Health.
• Participate in division strategic planning with governance and chairs.
• Develop and monitor performance improvement programs with medical directors.
