Job summary

Hanley Foundation is seeking a Nursing Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to lead nursing services across our addiction treatment facilities. You will ensure patient-centered, high-quality care and oversee budget planning and staff performance with adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the Director of Medical Services and requires a current nursing license, with substantial management and supervisory experience, including coordination with clinical teams and outside

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with current Board of Nursing license.
• Minimum three years post-licensure experience or at least ten years of management experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience required.
• If the individual is in recovery, one year of sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing department's daily operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and supply/equipment needs for the nursing unit.
• Develop and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff and coordinate with clinical teams.
