This role requires full accountability for daily operations, quality initiatives, and fiscal performance while managing staff and aligning with safety regulations.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of Director level experience in Behavioral Health or substantial managerial experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Behavioral Health management is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a 124-bed behavioral health unit.
