• Oversee department goals and daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise quality patient care, liaising with patients, physicians and staff.
• Ensure efficient operation and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
