You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with program timelines and cost targets. The role emphasizes AVL management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with supply chain focus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or program management.
• Experience leading AVL development and end-to-end sourcing for components.
• Strong cost reduction and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product-specific sourcing strategies aligned with program timing and cost targets.
• Partner with Engineering to translate requirements into supplier requirements.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Own material readiness for NPIs and ensure build readiness.
• Drive cost tracking, value analysis, and cost optimization opportunities.
