Generac is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across two sites (NE and WI). This role drives standard processes, demand-driven planning, and technology improvements in WMS/ERP to reduce total cost of ownership and improve fill rates.

The position reports to the VP of Operations and requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across multiple sites and cultures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in operations, business, or supply chain.
• 5 years as a WMS/ERP/MRP super user (SAP, Oracle or JDE).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy GENERAC’s operating model in supply chain and materials management.
• Collaborate with executive management to improve processes and systems.
• Align Supply Chain and Production Execution for productivity and cost control.
• Develop resources and improve performance through system utilization and process improvements.
• Lead tactical purchasing improvements with the Global Sourcing team.
• Oversee Material/Inventory Management practices and PFEP implementations.
• Ensure continuity of supply for quality components and assemblies.
• Serve as SME and provide training on GENERAC tools and methodologies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Coach and develop the Supply Chain team and manage performance.
