Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in California seeks a NPI/RFQ Business Program Manager to drive end-to-end program plans, coordinate sourcing, PM, and R&D teams, and lead programs through Time to Market processes to meet customer needs.

You will manage cross-functional relationships, perform cost/quote updates, and own the business accounts, with travel around 25% and a focus on delivering competitive, scalable solutions for OEM/ODM engagements.

Qualifications

BS degree in computer engineering, information technology, business management or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written, reading and verbal skills in English.
Mandarin language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes system-level program plans across multiple functions.
Coordinates with sourcing, PM, and RD teams to deliver products and services meeting customer needs.
Manages programs through Time to Market processes and end-to-end ownership of accounts.
Performs cost/quote updates and proposals for NRE costs.
Oversees production/delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
