Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to bridge global production sites and customers, aligning demand with supply and overseeing capacity. You will drive cross-site collaboration and manage escalations.

You will monitor OTD, support pricing strategies, and deliver data-driven reports for executive reviews, traveling as needed to coordinate facilities and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5+ years in operations and supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Word processing and Excel for data modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve high-priority escalations.
• Forecast and align customer demand with site production and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Collaborate with internal Operations teams to ensure program alignment across sites.
• Support capacity and pricing strategies with BPM teams.
• Prepare data-driven reports for business reviews and executive decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
