Job summary

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in material management and supplier management, with supervisory experience. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical field or business required.
• MBA and APICS is a plus.
• 5+ years of material management and supplier management experience, incl. supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee material planning, forecasting, and readiness for existing and new NPI accounts/products.
• Lead materials budget planning and spend management with Finance and Business, Product Management.
• Propose optimized supply planning to meet on-time build schedules.
• Drive closure on material issues and minimize total supply chain cost.
• Lead daily/weekly materials readiness meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Analyze processes and propose improvements for executive review.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address risks.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers daily.
• Take leadership role in project teams for critical initiatives.
