Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide product development from concept to launch, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and deliver measurable results. This role partners with global facilities and drives continuous improvement while ensuring ISO documentation and ERP collaboration.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience are preferred; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; business, science or engineering backgrounds noted.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management credentials are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using PM tools.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, performance, and timelines.
• Oversee progress and report status to leadership.
• Develop reports to track metrics and continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO documentation and collaborate with global facilities.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve project management systems.
