Job summary

Uline is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Distribution Operations to lead the company’s distribution network in North America. You will oversee 14 locations and more than 5,000 warehouse staff, directing strategies to boost efficiency, accuracy, and safety in daily operations.

With 15+ years in distribution and a strong background in WMS and performance metrics, you will drive site selection, network optimization, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years in distribution with supervisory roles in multiple facilities.
• 7+ years of distribution management experience.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse operations and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize our distribution network across 14 North American locations.
• Evaluate operations, inventory, workflows, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Support warehouse development, site selection, design, and product placement.
