Uline is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to lead from the warehouse floor, coach teams, and drive operational excellence across inbound, outbound and support departments at one of North America's largest distribution operations (2.5 million+ sq ft).

Based at Pennsylvania Branch in Allentown, PA, the role offers a high-pay range ($260,000–$350,000 annually), relocation assistance, and a path to shape safety, quality and on-time shipping for a fast-paced logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience leading 400+ person teams and warehouse managers.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience with KPIs and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and support.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers of 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence and same-day shipping.
• Investigate and remove barriers with data-driven improvements.
