Job summary

Ohio History Connection is seeking a Finance & Treasury Analyst to support treasury, budgeting, and reporting functions at the Ohio History Center in Columbus, OH. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, or nonprofit accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain banking relationships and manage cash balances across operating and restricted accounts.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for the Board and Executive Committee.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support programs and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with donor restrictions and nonprofit accounting standards.
