Job summary

Ohio History Connection is seeking a Finance & Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations, budgeting, and reporting. You will maintain banking relationships, oversee restricted funds, and coordinate forecasts for leadership and the Board.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 2–5 years in nonprofit finance or treasury, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. Full benefits and a comprehensive package are offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, or nonprofit accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Treasury & cash management including banking relationships and liquidity tracking.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for Board and Exec Committee.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain internal controls and assist audits; ensure donor fund compliance.
  • Collaborate with accounting, development, and program teams to align data.
